Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Disposal Instructions

Non Recycle symbolEnd-User information

According to the WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU, all categories of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) covered by this directive should be collected separately and disposed of using the best available treatment, recovery and recycling techniques. Capricorn’s centrifuges are subject to the WEEE Directive and we therefore urge you to dispose of the equipment separately from other waste streams and make sure that it is properly treated, recovered or recycled to protect human health and the environment.  All centrifuges that have reached their “end of use” can be returned free of charge to Capricorn to be reprocessed in an environmentally friendly way in compliance with the WEEE Directive.
