Rotors are manufactured in polypropylene that has a high degree of dimensional stability at temperatures ranging from -20°C to +125°C, allowing for refrigeration or sterilisation as required. Our rotors are for use in our benchtop centrifuges for clinical trials and testing for medical applications.
Due to the simple design of the rotors, they can be manufactured to suit sample tubes with capacities of between 5ml and 20ml, covering the most widely used variations. These centrifuge rotors are all interchangeable and easily removed.
The CEP series centrifuges use fixed angle rotors to accommodate a range of blood collection tubes. Our rotors are of high quality design and construction and are built to work perfectly with the CEP series. Currently we have two types of rotor: Polypropylene Rotors and Flexicool rotors.
